You can attend the eXp Shareholder Summit 2022 in-person in Orlando, Florida, June 19-21.  If you are unable to attend in-person, you can watch livestreams of the general session and keynote sessions via the virtual EXPI Campus Main Auditorium, or through this event website at no cost!

On-demand passes are now available for purchase! This pass includes exclusive access to General Sessio and breakout sessions after the event. All videos will be accessible through the event app after the event. If you are attending the event with a General Attendee or Premier pass, this perk is included with your registration! If you are not attending the event in person, you can purchase this pass via the registration section above, by selecting the “OnDemand” option.

NOTE TO ICONS: You must purchase a full-price ticket (General attendee or VIP ticket) for the event in order to get the event stock credit.

These events are optional add-ons for the General and VIP pass ticket types. They can be added when registering for the Shareholder Summit. Please note they do have limited capacity, so save your spot when registering. The add-ons are:

• XCamp: Dubbed the “unconference conference,” XCamp is loud, chaotic and a lot of fun! Agents collaborate in the first 30 minutes to decide on session topics and speakers. All attendees are strongly encouraged to pitch and request topics. 
• eXtend a Hand 5K Fund Run & Walk: Support eXtend a Hand by participating in some early morning exercise! All proceeds go to eXtend a Hand, and the 5K will take place around the Rosen Shingle Creek grounds.

NEW OPTION AVAILABLE! You can purchase access to Universal Studios for friends or family without having to buy a Social Pass. Follow the instructions below to add tickets(s) to your registration:

• PLEASE READ BEFORE PROCEEDING –
  Access to the Universal Studios Ending Bash is included with ALL Social, General Attendee, and Premier pass types for (1) person. If you are looking to add children over the age of 3, family or friends that do NOT have one of the pass types mentioned above, please purchase a ticket for them here. You will receive additional wristbands for these tickets at check in during the event.

To buy ticket(s) to Universal Studios ONLY:

1. While registering, or when modifying your registration, go to the “Add-On Events” section.
2. Scroll to the “Additional Items” section and select the quantity of additional tickets you would like to purchase. (You do not need to purchase a pass for children ages 3 and under).
3. Submit Payment for additional tickets.

1. Fill out your information in the “Personal Information” section. Click next. 
2. Fill out all required questions in the “Additional Information” section. Click next.
3. Under the “Admission Items” section, select which pass you would like for yourself. Click next.
4. Under the  “Add-On Events” section, select any add-on event (optional). Click next.
5. Review registration summary, add any other attendees or social passes (optional).
6. Input payment information, click “Submit”.

Social passes are designed for friends or spouses traveling with a General or Premier attendee and only have access to the EXPO Hall and select social events. This is strictly enforced. General attendees and Premier attendees do NOT need to add a Social pass – this is included with registration!

Adding another attendee can be added by another General or Premier passholder. This could be a colleague, team member, or anyone you want to pay for that will have access to ALL of the same sessions as you do!

Both of these options are shown at the bottom of the “Registration Summary” section on the registration website.

Yes! All individuals within the event space are required to have a pass. If you are bringing a camera crew or press person, please have them register with this link. Press passes are $349, and work similarly to a Social Pass.

Once you submit payment for your registration, you will receive a confirmation email. You can modify/add by scrolling to the bottom of the email and clicking the “View or Modify Registration” link. You will be taken to the registration page and prompted to enter your confirmation number that is reflected in your confirmation email. After you click “Submit” you will be taken to your “Registration Summary” section. Click the button “Modify Registration” and make any changes needed. Then click “Submit.”

You can modify your title, company, address and “Additional Information” questions. You can also add-on events, or add other attendees or social passes. If you need to modify your name, email or phone number, please reach out to [email protected]

Once you submit payment for your registration, you will receive a confirmation email. You can cancel your registration by scrolling to the bottom and clicking the “View or Modify Registration” link. You will be taken to the registration page and prompted to enter your confirmation number that is reflected in your confirmation email. After you click “Submit” you will be taken to your “Registration Summary” section. Click the button that says “Cancel Registration” and fill out the questionnaire. Click “Submit.”

Refunds for ticket purchases will be issued only if a refund request is made through the hyperlink provided in your ticket confirmation email no later than Monday, May 23, 2022 (the “Refund Deadline”). Refund requests received after the Refund Deadline will not be honored. Refunds will not be issued for nonattendance to the Shareholder Summit. You do have the option to transfer your registration to another person at any time before or during the event.

You will be taken to the registration page and prompted to enter your confirmation number that is reflected in your confirmation email. After you click “Submit” you will be taken to your “Registration Summary” page. Click the button “Transfer Registration” and fill out the replacement person’s information. Click “Submit.” The registration system will not accommodate any monetary transactions when transferring registration; this must be handled outside of the system.

Yes! In the “Payment” section of registration, select “Credit Card” and then select the “Partial Payment” option. Make your initial payment and click submit. You can pay for the remaining balance of your ticket at any point before the event by clicking the “View or Modify Registration” link at the bottom of your confirmation email. You will be taken to the registration page and prompted to enter your confirmation number that is reflected in your confirmation email. After you click “Submit” you will be taken to your “Registration Summary” section. Click the button that says “Submit Payment” to pay another installment, or the remaining balance of your registration fees. 

Note: You will not be able to transfer your registration or check into the event without your registration fees being paid in full.

ICON agents are required to attend the event in-person in order to meet requirements for their stock award. You must attend by buying a General attendee or VIP ticket in order to meet the requirement. If you have further questions about ICON requirements, please reach out to [email protected]

1. If I attend with a Social pass, will I get event credit?
   
   1. No. ICONs must purchase a full-price ticket (General attendee or VIP ticket) for the event in order to get the event stock credit.
2. Do I have to be an active ICON to receive event credit?
   
   1. At this time event credit is only available to those in their active benefit year.
3. Can I make a donation in lieu of attending the event to receive event credit?
   
   1. No. At this time the donation option is not approved.
4. Will the virtual option in World count toward my event credit?
   
   1. No. At this time there is not an approved virtual option for ICONs to receive event credit.
5. If I speak during XCamp or the Big Agent Breakout, does this satisfy my culture credit?
   
   1. No. At this time the ways an ICON can receive Culture Commitment credit is explained in the Program Overview.
